For the knowledge representation, how can we use e-learning application?

  Could you perhaps make this question clearer? I suspect you mean "machine learning" (algorithms to build representations) rather than "e-learning" (using computers to help people to learn). But I am not sure. If what you need is to use machine learning to help improve relevance in information extraction, there's a lot of work in the field. Perhaps if you provide a clearer example...?

  Thank's for replay ,, yes my question is about how to extract knowledge from the documents or how we can use the knowledge representation to extract the relevance document to enhancing retrieval (i mean the method ,technique , algorithms).

  Find proper definition of knowledge and apply it to the document. If you can't find and apply, go this way. Knowledge is about action. Thus knowledge is wording of action. Every action is about where, why, when, who ... acts. Restructure the document into wording of actions taking into account that the words used have many meanings. Every meaning of the wording of action is knowledge, which can act ... It is a secret technique that works :) More info during my seminars.
