Question
I noticed on the Internet and even on RG that many researchers escape the answer of this question, where they say it is not good or bad, but it is low and high. For low SDs, we know that the variance is small and the values are close to the mean, but for large ones, we see data dispersed around the mean.
Still, the question is how large and how low...? Still I did not get am answer?

The study aims to identify the users’ satisfaction when using Ehteraz app The objective of doing this research is to explore Ehteraz’s features in terms of performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE) (Venkatesh et al., 2012), system quality (SQ), information quality (IQ), and User satisfaction (DeLone and McLean, 2003), adding to them: technical experience (TE), trust, perceived privacy risk (PPR), chronic disease (CD), and voluntariness. There are very limited studies globally about users’ satisfaction with DCT apps in general, and no study particularly in Qatar has done about factors influence the users’ willingness to use Ehteraz app. Therefore, the study will bridge this gap and provide benefits to the government, technology developers, and health authorities to improve the shortcomings and increase the public willingness to use the app
