Celebrating 50 Years of Service in Dallas

For 50 years, The Stewpot, a mission of First Presbyterian Church of Dallas, has been a beacon of hope, providing critical services to those experiencing poverty and homelessness. What started as a simple effort to feed the hungry has grown into a comprehensive network offering housing solutions, educational opportunities, stabilization services, and enrichment programs. Since 1975, we've served over 8 million meals and empowered countless Dallas neighbors to rebuild their lives. We address the root causes of homelessness in Dallas by providing pathways to self-sufficiency and well-being.
