Introduction
I am Professor of Public Policy and Administration at the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida (UCF). I received my Ph.D. in Public and International Affairs from the Graduate Scholl of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) of the University of Pittsburgh (PITT) in 2003. Prior to my Ph.D. I earned Master of Public Management degree from H. John III School of Public Policy and Management (Heinz School) of Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in 1997.
