Donate a Bond to the State of Israel

To donate your Israel bond(s) to the State of Israel, the bondholder should submit the following:

• A signed letter of instruction to the Government of Israel describing what you choose to do
• The physical certificate (please make a copy of your physical certificate for your personal records) or, if the bond is in book entry, enclose a copy of the book entry statement
• Bond Donation Form
• This form must be used to donate your bonds(s) to the State of Israel. If you wish to donate your bond(s) to any charitable organizations, please use the Assignment Separate from Bond Form.
• For bond(s) being donated to the State of Israel that have a value of less than or equal to $1,000, only the signature(s) of all registered owner(s) are required at the bottom of the Donation Form (no notary or medallion stamp is needed). If the bond being donated has a value greater than $1,000 and less than or equal to $10,000, the form must be notarized. If the bond being donated has a value that exceeds $10,000, a medallion guarantee stamp is required.
