Introduction
The transition to more and more digitalized societies is both an opportunity and a challenge. To support decision-makers in this complex era my research aims at bridging the gap between decision analytic models and ready-to-use systems. I design and evaluate systems and tools for risk and crisis management in networks that call for high levels of resilience, adaptivity and agility. To this end, I combine field research, experiments and training with a strong analytical background.
