Many studies show explicit gender bias in data sets, but what about implicit bias, the subtle ways AI systems reinforce traditional gender norms through personalization, design, and representation?
How can we move beyond simply “debiasing” algorithms to reimagining gender-neutral digital architectures that respect human complexity and identity fluidity?
Relevant answer
Exactly - framing critical literacy as ethical resistance is very powerful. I would add that this lack of critical reading is itself socially and technologically produced, as platforms privilege speed and neutrality over reflection. Without critical literacy, users become passive recipients of automated meaning, which quietly stabilizes bias.

Question

I am conducting a Bachelor's thesis on the acceptance of AI-powered ad personalization. I am currently considering a hybrid approach combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and constructs related to Privacy Calculus (PC). Would a modified UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) be more effective, considering the context of personalized marketing? I am specifically interested in models that effectively integrate privacy concerns and perceived benefit in this highly specific domain.
Relevant answer
Answer
Hi there,
I think the TAM +PC is a better fit than UTAUT. This is because it covers the acceptance, perception and use aspect as well and privacy concerns. I also enjoy hybrid models when used in contexts that differ (in the case Marketing and Privacy). As such, you can also throw in a little of the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) as it widely used in privacy and cybersecurity research. Mixing related models can be a creative way to new outcomes. Enjoy.

Answer
In an age where digital technologies are redefining business dynamics, the question arises: Is traditional market segmentation dead in the era of AI-powered hyper-personalization? Traditional segmentation, once the gold standard for targeting customers, is now being challenged by the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and big data analytics. While traditional methods are not entirely obsolete, they are increasingly being supplemented—and in some cases, replaced—by more dynamic and real-time approaches enabled by AI.
Understanding Traditional Market Segmentation
Traditional market segmentation involves dividing a market into distinct groups of buyers with different needs, characteristics, or behaviors. These segments are typically based on demographic (age, gender), geographic (location), psychographic (lifestyle, values), and behavioral (purchase behavior, usage) variables. This approach enables companies to target specific groups with tailored marketing messages and offerings.
However, traditional segmentation has its limitations:
  • Static Analysis: Segments are often based on past data and don’t reflect real-time behavior.
  • Limited Personalization: Customers within a segment are treated similarly, ignoring individual preferences.
  • Inefficiency in Targeting: Segments can be too broad or too narrow, reducing marketing effectiveness.
Rise of AI-Powered Hyper-Personalization
Hyper-personalization goes a step beyond traditional segmentation by leveraging AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and real-time data analytics to create individual customer profiles. It enables businesses to deliver highly relevant messages, product recommendations, and services to each customer at the right time, through the right channel.
Key Features of Hyper-Personalization:
  1. Real-Time Data Usage: Customer behavior, preferences, and interactions are monitored and analyzed continuously.
  2. Dynamic Adaptation: AI models learn and adapt to customer changes instantly.
  3. Individual-Level Targeting: Each customer is treated as a unique segment of one.
  4. Omnichannel Engagement: AI unifies customer touchpoints across platforms for seamless experience.
Case Studies and Real-World Examples
  • Amazon uses AI to track every click, purchase, and review to recommend products uniquely suited to individual users.
  • Netflix hyper-personalizes content recommendations based on viewing history, time of day, device type, and more.
  • Spotify curates individual playlists like "Discover Weekly" using AI to match user taste with global listening data.
These companies have moved beyond traditional segmentation, demonstrating the power of AI in creating more engaging and effective customer experiences.
Advantages of AI-Powered Personalization over Traditional Segmentation
  1. Precision and Relevance: AI analyzes data from multiple sources—social media, browsing history, purchase behavior—to create nuanced profiles.
  2. Scalability: AI can manage millions of individualized campaigns simultaneously, something traditional segmentation cannot.
  3. Customer Loyalty: Personalized experiences foster deeper emotional connections and brand loyalty.
  4. Higher ROI: Companies using AI-driven personalization have reported increased conversion rates and revenue growth.
Challenges and Considerations
While AI-powered personalization has clear advantages, it is not without challenges:
  • Data Privacy: Collecting and using customer data responsibly is crucial. Privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA impose strict rules on data usage.
  • Bias and Fairness: AI models can perpetuate existing biases if not trained correctly.
  • Over-Personalization: Excessive targeting may feel invasive to customers, damaging brand trust.
  • Cost and Complexity: Implementing AI systems requires significant investment in infrastructure and skilled personnel.
Is Traditional Segmentation Truly Dead?
Despite its limitations, traditional segmentation still holds value in specific contexts:
  • New Market Entry: When entering a new market, companies may not have sufficient behavioral data to deploy AI models.
  • Strategic Planning: Broad segments provide a high-level overview useful for long-term business strategies.
  • Resource-Constrained Firms: Small and medium enterprises may lack the resources for full-scale AI implementation.
Moreover, traditional segmentation can serve as the foundational layer upon which AI-powered personalization builds. For example, demographic segmentation may guide product development, while AI-driven systems personalize marketing efforts at the individual level.
A Hybrid Future: Coexistence of Approaches
The future of marketing likely lies in a hybrid approach—using traditional segmentation for macro-level decisions and AI-powered personalization for micro-level execution. This balance allows companies to benefit from both broad insights and deep individual understanding.
Examples of Hybrid Usage:
  • A luxury brand might segment customers by income level (traditional) and personalize product suggestions based on recent browsing history (AI).
  • An airline may use geographic segmentation for route planning but deploy real-time seat upgrade offers based on loyalty data and current availability.

FDM would probably be the cheapest option. That being said if you are coming at it from a quality standpoint, You wont get better quality than resin printing. These machines do take more clean up but as something to go directly into the hands of a customer I think it would be a better bet for flexibles. Additionally, flexibles can be a bit easier and more reliable to print with resin printing machines. I'd look into DLP and SLA machines as well as FDM machines.

Hey everyone, I am working on my thesis about personalized advertisements and have all my data ready for analysis. However, I have this technical question among others.
I am using a between-subjects experimental design with the use of 2 vignettes based on a hypothetical scenario. Each responder is randomly assigned to either one of the two vignettes:
Vignette 1: A highly-personalized ad with three personalization features
Vignette 2: A low-personalized ad with just one personalization feature
After the ad, the responder is called to answer the manipulation question of whether he perceived the ad as personalized or not. I did not use multiple items to test that, I wanted to assess perceived personalization with just one item. Basically, I want to show that in the first vignette, most people perceived the ad as personalized. What Stata command can I use?
Thanks in advance:)

I've heard some talk about some people trying to get certain highly intelligent animals classified as nonhuman persons. (e.g. elephants, monkeys, orcas,). The primary intention of this action is that it would raise the consequences of abusing these animals as well as making them easier to protect.
I'm looking for both opinions and any factual information anyone may be able to offer. I'm particularly curious about the perspectives of people who have worked relatively extensively with highly intelligent animals, as well as those of people who have significant experience in animal testing.

I got an average case/person mean score of 1.8 logits based on the Rasch Analysis of a polytomous data. I would like to report this in a percentage form to provide the readers with a plain understanding of the level of implementation of a case. Do I just interpret this as most agreed or endorsed average score of the sample as it is greater than 0.0 logits? or Do I interpret in logistic regression that the odds of a case exposure is 1.8 times greater than its baseline exposure?
Could Rasch experts help me interpret the logits score in percentages, please?
Relevant answer
Answer
The most important third step is failing.
Suppose you have n scores x_i (i=1...n) expressed on a logit scale. These can be transformed to probabilities P(x_1) via steps (1) and (2). See previous answer.
These probabilities P(x_1) may also be interpreted as percentages p_i on a standard percentage scale from 0 to 1 (multiply by 100 if you want to express those decimal numbers in the form N%).
There is also a simple formula for the mean of several logit scores, again expressed - as you were asking - as a percentage on the standard percentage scale. There are two versions for this mean: unweighted mean, or weighted mean.
Here is the procedure to calculate the unweighted mean :
  • calculate the geometric mean over all p_i ; call it P
  • calculate the geometric mean over all (1 - p_i) ; call it Q
  • calculate P / ( P + Q); this is the unweighted mean
Here is the procedure to calculate the weighted mean (w_i is the i-th weight):
  • calculate the geometric mean over all p_i ^ w_i ; call it P
  • calculate the geometric mean over all (1 - p_i) ^ w_i ; call it Q
  • calculate P / ( P + Q); this is the weighted mean
Further details may be found in my publications.

How does your University treat with your course evaluations? Are these ever compared with the actual course grades? Are you required to comment on these either in writing or in person at a meeting? Because, the dolls could be used by multiple users, serving as fomite for indirect transmission of STDs from an infected inanimate object to a susceptible person. Are the synthetic sex dolls safe at all?

It could be possible if the dolls are not strelized after use. Neisseria gonorrhoae is one. Although, nonsexual transmission of gonorrhoea seems to be extremely rare. Only one case of nonsexual transmission of genital Neisseria gonorrhoeae is documented in adults', involving two patients in a military hospital who shared a urinal. N. gonorrhoeae has been shown to survive in infected secretions on towels and handkerchiefs for 20 and 24 hours, respectively.

Relevant answer
Answer
There are some experiments where larger plot size (may be with less precision) is required for one set of treatments, e.g. irrigation (needs large area for buffer channels if done in RBD) and tillage experiments. Here nutrient or weed management or may be some other factors which requires more precision are kept in sub-plots. The same experiment we can conduct in RBD but it will require more resources and extra efforts. For ease in experimentation, in such experiments we need split plot design.

I am working on my PhD dissertation and would like to interview persons with reverse mentoring experience within an organization - either as a younger (Millennial) mentor or an older (Baby Boomer or Gen X) mentee.
Relevant answer
Answer
Do they role-play? i.e., Do they pretend that the mentor is the student and the student is the mentor, so that they can see things from a newer, perhaps more open perspective?
I think that depends of the IQ of the student and the mentor!
In some cases, students are much more intelligent (and in some cases knowledgeable) than their professors. This can be due to the high intelligence / knowledge of the student and/or the low intelligence and knowledge of the professor (that is a shame for a professor to be in this category I know, but lets face it, many professors don't even know the basics of research, many of them even don't know or even don't care about their student's thesis)! There are many predatory professors who pray on the work of their students; they even don't know the details of their theses. My own mentor didn't know anything at all about my thesis, so when he was going to lecture it at a congress, he called me and asked me to go to his office and teach him what is the thesis subject and how should he lecture it.
But if everything is alright and the professor is highly intelligent and knowledgeable, and also cares about the progress of the thesis and is actively involved in the project, I don't see any point or merit in this "reverse mentoring" thing, with the student attempting to teach anything to the professor. That would be a waste of time and resources, and would introduce a lot of ridiculous discussions and fractions to the procedure.

  • If a person carries a blood group A resists disease, more than the person that carries a blood group B carries.
  • A blood type (also called a blood group) is a classification of blood based on the presence and absence of antibodies and also based on the presence or absence of inherited antigenic substances on the surface of red blood cells (RBCs). These antigens may be proteins, carbohydrates, glycoproteins, or glycolipids, depending on the blood group system. Some of these antigens are also present on the surface of other types of cells of various tissues. Several of these red blood cell surface antigens can stem from one allele (or an alternative version of a gene) and collectively form a blood group system. Blood types are inherited and represent contributions from both parents. A total of 35 human blood group systems are now recognized by the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT). The two most important ones are ABO and the RhD antigen; they determine someone's blood type (A, B, AB and O, with +, − or Null denoting RhD status).
Relevant answer
Answer
Dear Dr. Ali F Almehemdi
Blood types help us to fight diseases and tell us what major disease epidemics a given population suffered in its recent history, (e.g. in the last thousand years). For example, most native Americans belong to group O. It is believed that this is due to a syphilis epidemic and that the O type were better at fighting off the disease. Group A and B make people more resistant to cholera, while AB confers the most resistance. O offers virtually no immunity against cholera. B confers weaker protection against plague. This is probably why B is more common in North-East Europe, which was virtually unaffected by the Black Death during the Middle Ages.
A-type carriers are the most likely to survive plague, but suffer from a higher rate of heart disease, because their blood is more likely to clot. They are also at increased risk of contracting smallpox and developing cancer of the esophagus, pancreas, and stomach. Type O, contrarily to A, is slightly protective against cardiovascular problems. It also boosts resistance against tuberculosis, but increases the risk of venous thromboembolism and developing duodenal and peptic ulcers. It also attracts more mosquitoes (through which malaria is transmitted). A recent study revealed that people with type O blood are less likely to get pancreatic cancer, but also stomach, breast, ovarian and cervical cancer.
The ABO blood group system isn't the only antigen system found in humans. There are about 30 human blood type systems: Rhesus, Kell, Diego, Duffy, Kidd, and so on. Each have a role in immunity. Some are found only in some specific populations and completely absent elsewhere. This is the case of Diego antigens, found only (at low frequency) among Mongolic people and Amerindians.

I want to take a deeper look at the facial expressions of people with profound intellectual and multiple disabilities (PIMD) to analyse their emotional expressions.
For this purpose, I am searching for a ready-to-use software, which combines image processing (e.g., OpenPose, OpenFace) and machine learning. In addition, I would prefer a software that is free (i.e., Open Source) or at least for non-commercial research purposes.
So, I am not looking for methods, but for ready-to-use software, which includes a feature to train my own models. The reason is that every person with PIMD shows very unique behaviour signals and, therefore, you need one model for each emotion of a person.
Finally, I do not need a GUI or visualization, a simple command line application would enough.

I am going to conduct a survey in two different geographical areas. I cannot do interviews as my research and the measure of my themes needs asking many questions for the participants. my supervisor said it is either i conduct survey for at least 300 persons (as it is a PhD ) or you analyse your survey using qualitative methods? Actually I am confused how can we analyse survey data using qualitative analysis?
Relevant answer
Answer
Was this 300 the result of (5-10) times the number of items of the questionnaire you used? I am not sure whether the 300 comes from, but 40 is too small for a survey like your study, as this may reduce the power of your study. Also, if you plan to recruit 40 persons from two areas, what kinds of person you are going to recruit? Those with better socio-economic states and a wide social network or the opposite ones? Do you intend to match the characteristics of persons from the two areas? Additionally, for using qualitative analysis to measure a survey data, there is a method called content analysis which has both qualitative and quantitative methodology (Krippendorff, K.(2004). Hi Curtis,
Currently I have measured functioning of the raphe nuclei in smokers vs. non-smokers, while also relating this function to features of tobacco use disorder such as withdrawal.
However, this project also aims to examine serotonin function in smokers using Positron Emission Tomography (5HT1A and 5HT2C receptor availability), whilst also linking this availability with the emotional and cognitive deficits observed in smokers.
Finally, this project also aims to determine the effects of serotonergic manipulations (such as acute tryptophan depletion) and serotonergic pharmacotherapies (such as lorcaserin and vilazodone) on those emotional and cognitive deficits that hinder smoking cessation.
If you have any more questions, please just let me know.

I have heard of several research groups who were unsatisfied with Elsevier approaches in obser authors rights and different puishing policies. Even some groups joined the boycott movements of Elsevie. I have not joined such movements as I did not believe such accusations. Recently, I personally faced such unfair policy. Unless you pay an open access fee, Elsevier holds the copyright to your paper if you publish with them. Unless the work was funded by a group (Welcome Trust, NIH) that requires open access after a year, the paper remains behind a pay wall. Elsevier does give the author an electronic copy to use in filling requests for the paper BUT does not allow the author to post that copy or a working paper equivalent on the web. That's the traditional publishing model and there is nothing unfair about it. They are a business, not a charity. If they publish your article at no charge to you, they have to recover the publication cost from readers. Incidentally, most university libraries buy a subscription that provides access to all Elsevier journals and they have special access arrangements for researchers in low-income countries.

If you are required to or choose to make a diagnosis, how do you choose which diagnostic system to use?
If you are a psychiatrist or a psychologist, I am seeking your participation in a survey about your preferred methods for diagnosing personality disorders. This survey is also relevant to those who you do not formally diagnose personality disorders, because I am also keen to know what other approaches to personality are used.
Both the DSM and ICD are moving towards a dimensional conceptualisation of personality disorders. ICD-11 proposes a fully dimensional model for diagnosing personality disorders that does not use the categorical labels of ICD-10. However, in DSM-5, the categorical DSM-IV model was retained with a new model also included as an alternative. This potentially creates a dilemma for practitioners as to which to use or whether to find alternatives for diagnosing personality pathology.
Please consider participating in this survey exploring your choice of diagnostic systems for personality disorders. We recommend using a computer to complete the survey.

Can you tell me how is it used to show personal differences?

Answer
I think there are a lot of potential answers to your question, based on the context of why you asked it in the first place. Audio forensics use software to compare voices to a database of millions of voices to measure the likelihood of a recorded voice being a specific person. See https://www.livescience.com/19506-audio-forensics-reveals-voices-secrets.html
In the realm of performance, actors rely on a range of vocal quality features in order to “transform” to sound different from the way they usually do. For example, they might add qualities such as “nasality” or “denasality” or “orality” to change the nature of their voice. They may implement greater “twang”, which is related to the higher frequencies (aka “the singer’s formant” which was first described by Sundberg) Uta was describing. Though they may adopt linguistic features, by changing their accent or modifying their lexicon, voice quality is at a deeper level. Other qualities include breathiness, harshness, brightness/dullness, etc. These are primarily subjective terms for the resonance qualities that Uta was discussing, that are shaped by the speaker’s vocal mechanism (anatomy) and how the speaker uses it.

We are able to assign the traffic into the network using traffic counts based on stochastic user equilibrium traffic assignment method and estimate the O-D matrix.
The question is, how can we split this matrix between the modes of travel used, if the traffic counts include modes (the volume of each mode)?
Or, how can we use the traffic counts to estimate the O-D matrix in term of person and not vehicle. How much person will travel between O-D? the logit model can be utilized then to split the matrix.
Relevant answer
Answer
The best method is to develop the OD matrix for each mode traffic count. In other words, input the passenger cars traffic count for each link into VISUM to get the passenger car OD matrix. Repeat the same method for other vehicle type.
Another approximate method is to get the average traffic composition for the whole study area (for instance 65% pc, 10% bus, 15% truck, 10% others). then multiply each of these percentage by the total OD matrix to get each of the vehicle type matrix.

I have two variables in same group (gender: males/female) for example I have a variable termed as "Estimated ABC rate" and another as "observed ABC rate" for each sample i.e.
Gender | Estimated ABC rate | Observed ABC rate
M | 2.5 | 2.8
M | 2.9 | 2.5
M | 2.3 | 3.0
M | 2.8 | 2.9
M | 2.4 | 2.7
For such example the estimated rate is calculated for each person based on some measurements e.g. (height ,weight, BMI age) and then the observed rate is measured directly. Now which test should be used to compare such a data, where you want to find that on the average is there a difference in the estimated and observed ABC rate in males. Will the samples be considered related or independent (estimated rate is calculated by some formulas with some measurements of the same person for which his observed rate is measured)
Relevant answer
Answer
Apply t test for testing the significance of the difference between two means. Paired t test can also be suitable.
However, the sample size is very small. It is required to increases the sample size for accuracy of the findings.

Relevant answer
Answer
In more than 95% cases, it is difficult to identify a single cause and is generally considered multifactorial. Apart from obesity, metabolic syndrome, diet and sedentary lifestyle, genetic factors are very important contributing factors in essential hypertension. Salt sensitivity is very often inherited and runs in families. Among the secondary causes, renal parenchymal disease is the most important factor. Renovascular disease and endocrine etiologies are less often observed. ABPM has identified obstructive sleep apnea syndrome as a major contributing factor in some patients with resistant hypertension. Chronic alcohol intake, several drugs and psychological factors can also lead to hypertension.

I have qualitative data which is collected through interviewing, and there are 10 interviewees only, i'm so confused and worrying about which method of analysis is suitable. Can anybody tell me which method of analysis should i use?
Relevant answer
Answer
What thoughts did you have prior to interviening about what analysis to perform? Usually one has a plan for the resarch which includes both the method for data collection and for analysis since the choices sometimes are connected an mutually dependant on each other. In Grounded theory for example, data is often collected and analysed alternately. Phenomenlology and hermeneutics both often implies a special way of interviewing making it hard to applie the method only for the data analysis.
Narrative analysis on the other hand requires the interview data to consist of a narrative to be able to be analysed with a narrartive analysis.
If you did not plan for the analysis of yuor data before collecting them maybe content analysis could be a good choice. With contnent analysis you analyse the content in written material (or other meaningful matter). For content analysis I recommende the following reference:
Krippendorff, K. Content analysis : an introduction to its methodology (3rd ed.). Thousand Oaks, California: SAGE; 2013.

I would like to read a paper that relates a person who has not yet begun an adventure with an effective or causal orientation
Relevant answer
Answer
I have not, but I would say that my latest qualitative research on the phenomenology of learning definitely supports many of the basic features of an entrepreneurial orientation, which appears to be the conceptual counterpart of an effectual orientation. From my work on learning, it is the partnership orientation of an effectual orientation that is primary in the pupil's experience, along with the various aspects of entrepreneurship. Four of the five aspects of effectual orientation (i.e., means orientation, affordable loss orientation, contingencies orientation, and control orientation) relate to secondary supports of the pedagogical relation, which is not to demean them. However, they are more ego-driven, intellect-based, "merely" adaptive and related to technique rather than directly related to wholehearted, immersed involvement. Hope this helps.

I haven't found many records flood-caused nest loss for woodpeckers, and I'm curious to know how common an issue it is for the family. It seems like flood-induced nest failure is unusually high for Hispaniolan Woodpeckers nesting in live trees. The only primary account I've found so far was for Red-headed Woodpeckers (Berl et al. 2014). Wesołowski et al. I am currently researching embryology, and am fascinated by it. However I keep finding comments from medical students about how little significance embryology has in the anatomical curriculum. However for the broader anatomical curriculum, I think it is very important and quite honestly understanding embryology has improved my anatomical knowledge. Surely the importance of embryology in the anatomical curriculum will help us better understand what is normal and what is not, understand better birth defects, allow for intervention, identify disease and also allow for future research in the field of stem cell therapy and also other treatments e.g IVF and so much more. It would be fantastic to hear from those who have experience in this field and share your views on the importance of embryology in the human anatomical curriculum.
How many of you have relied on your anatomical knowledge for research relevant to embryology. warm wishes Sandie
Relevant answer
Answer
I taught obstetrics and gynecology to many students over the years. The vast majority of future doctors prepare themselves for a career where they will diagnose diseases and administer remedies. Therefore, I would not be surprised to hear a student contesting the place of embryology in the curriculum.
Very little energy is spent by most of them on understanding how does the human machinery work. However, that makes the difference between an average doctor and an excellent one. I am not aware of any professional who repairs machinery without understanding how that works.
Perhaps it is, at least in part, our fault: when teaching about disease should we not connect more often signs and symptoms or medical imaging findings with their pathophysiology?
The knowledge of embryology has many practical benefits, which you listed above. I feel that we should highlight to our students the instances where it helps in medical practice, each and every time we encounter one.
And for those inquisitive minds among them, what about opening a window on Haeckel's concept that ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny?

Imagination through words. As this has been raised, did Abraham exist? The impossibility of an insignificant chieftain or clan leader being remembered or their adventures being recorded at the time or later, especially given the astonishingly early dates considered for his life, is highly, highly improbable, subverting common sense. Further, as this story was not written down until 400 BCE at the earliest raises greater doubt and confusion. As he is not mentioned elsewhere, or hardly, ah, maybe just a fairy-tale or what is called a marten. What if it is just a story, but a very well written one, the narrative style and competence of which suggests after the exiles return. That the story validates the prominence of exiles to the much reduced Yehud, constructing their legitimacy and connection to Abraham-well there you have it surely? A fabrication that arose from a distressed community, long ruled by other nations, being held together, but only just, but a narrative of ancient beginnings under a boastful god of vengeance that never really happens.

I would say that the length of the title is less important than the clarity of the text and that is should contain all the relevant keywords, even if it makes the title a bit longer. There is a sub-genre of the web called Academic Search Organisation which basically looks at how to make your work easy to find. What is your opinion about a government officer's criteria? Please share your wisdom with us? Thanks.

Dear Dr. Mah,
In my country, India, a good number of talented persons are available. We do not need any import of talented person from outside.
But condition of India is not so good. In Government service at least, talent or intelligence is not given any importance. Entry of talent in Govt. jobs is very difficult, as officially 50% of all posts are kept reserved for persons on caste ( race) basis. They do not require any open competition with others. A large section (may be another 40%) enter in the service following some curved route, as per idea of some senior persons . Corruption is widespread here.
The promotions to higher posts are also do not depend in quality.
So, the output of Govt. sector in India is .... you guess what can be.
Thanks.
