Introduction
I am pushing the state of the art of developing Machine learning algorithms and addressing new applications . I am a reviewer for some peer reviewed SCI indexed journals. Based on my research works, I bagged Gold medal award twice in CSE discipline from NDRF, The Institution of Engineers (India) and ASDF(India). I have won 108 prizes from IITs, NITs etc in technical paper presentations held at the national level. My research interests include AI, Bioinformatics, medical systems

Clinical recommender systems are increasingly becoming popular for improving modern healthcare systems. Enterprise systems are persuasively used for creating effective nurse care plans to provide nurse training, clinical recommendations and clinical quality control. A novel design of a reliable clinical recommender system based on multiple classifi...

The precise prediction of splice junctions as 'exon-intron' or 'intron-exon' boundaries in a given DNA sequence is an important task in Bioinformatics. The main challenge is to determine the splice sites in the coding region. Due to the intrinsic complexity and the uncertainty in gene sequence, the adoption of data mining methods is increasingly be...

This article presents an enhanced prediction accuracy of diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease (PD) to prevent the delay and misdiagnosis of patients using the proposed robust inference system. New machine-learning methods are proposed and performance comparisons are based on specificity, sensitivity, accuracy and other measurable parameters. The robust...
Article
This work presents more precise computational methods for improving the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease based on the detection of dysphonia. New methods are presented for enhanced evaluation and recognize Parkinson's disease affected patients at early stage. Analysis is performed with significant level of error tolerance rate and established our r...
Chapter
Currently, the demand for automation in information technology industry is increasing at rapid rate. Leading companies in artificial intelligence and computer vision have started investing in the research and making new products that can easily do the redundant work done by humans, ultimately increasing the productivity and reducing the cost of doi...

Accurate identification of splice junctions in a DNA sequence is an active area of research. The knowledge of splice junction’s occurrence provides valuable information about its internal genomic structure and aids in its deeper analysis and interpretation. The major problems faced during gene analysis are diversity, complexity and the uncertainty...

Improving accuracy of supervised classification algorithms in biomedical applications, especially CADx, is one of active area of research. This paper proposes construction of rotation forest (RF) ensemble using 20 learners over two clinical datasets namely lymphography and backache. We propose a new feature selection strategy based on support ve...
Conference Paper

Optimization problems are dominantly being solved using Computational Intelligence. One of the issues that can be addressed in this context is problems related to attribute subset selection evaluation. This paper presents a computational intelligence technique for solving the optimization problem using a proposed model called Modified Genetic Searc...

This paper presents more accurate and reliable computational methods for aiding the treatment of people with coronary artery disease. New techniques are introduced for improved evaluation and distinguish cardiac disease affected patients from the healthy controls. Experiments are conducted with high level of error tolerance rate and confidence leve...

This paper presents a computational intelligence technique for enhancing the performance of classifier using a proposed algorithm called Modified Genetic Search Algorithms (MGSA) that avoids local bad search space with merit and scaled fitness variables, detecting and deleting bad candidate chromosomes, thereby reducing the number of individual chr...
Conference Paper
Full-text available
It will show how to apply Backpropagation algorithm to predict software reliability by designing different elements of neural networks. Furthermore, we will use the neural network approach to build a dynamic weighted combinational model. The applicability of proposed model is demonstrated through software failure data sets. From experimental result...

Detecting diseases at early stage can enable to overcome and treat them appropriately. Identifying the treatment accurately depends on the method that is used in diagnosing the diseases. A Diagnosis expert system (DExS) can help a great deal in identifying those diseases and describing methods of treatment to be carried out taking into account the...
