Join us for CBS4 Independence Eve presented by BBVA Compass, a free Colorado Symphony concert led by resident conductor Scott O’Neil, featuring patriotic favorites with an innovative light show and fireworks display on Sunday, July 3, 2011, in Denver’s Civic Center Park (Colfax & Broadway) beginning at 8:00 p.m.
Lawn seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis; arriving early is greatly encouraged, as are blankets or low-rise concert/beach chairs. Attendees are welcome to bring their own picnics; concessions will also be available on-site. CBS4 will also broadcast the event live from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. The event will take place rain or shine.
