E-Commerce & Return Policy
Since The Denver Music Association is primarily offering non-tangible irrevocable goods for sale that are in the form of memberships, we do not typically issue refunds once an order is processed and a membership card is sent. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to purchases. Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund in the some circumstances.
Explanation Of What We Sell Online.
Orders which include "Membership Dues" and "Membership Initiation Fees" placed on this website allow membership into BOTH the American Federation of Musicians (Visit the AFM WEBSITE) as well as The Denver Musicians Association; AFM Local 20-623. A Return for refund of "Dues" or "Fees" are allowed only within thirty (30) days of the transaction.
That said, should you find an order placed for "Membership Dues" or "Membership Initiation Fees" in error, contact us immediately when:
1. You are in receipt of "Denver Musicians Association" cards/paperwork OR
2. You find a charge from "Denver Musicians Association" on a billing statement that you don't recognize.
If an order is placed in error, we apologize, and need to know immediately. We also kindly request that the Membership Card and paperwork is sent back to us in the postage-paid envelope we'll provide.
Upon our receipt of the membership card, a refund will be provided.
Please note, in issues of fraud, the member name and any details provided to us may be shared with The AFM, and other Local Unions. This is to protect our primary efforts of The Union-- to create music; and separate those from us that may exhibit fraudulent activity.
