Meetup’s Trust & Safety Team works hard to ensure that everyone understands our guidelines and that the platform is safe and enjoyable for our millions of organizers and members building community. With over 13,000 Meetups happening daily, the team is growing and seeks to continue our mission of advocating for member safety and maintaining trust in Meetups globally.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, disciplined, collaborative and who holds consistency and responsiveness as top priorities. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic leader. You understand the member’s point of view and are passionate about using your combined technical, analytical and customer service acumen to protect our members and improve their Meetups.

Bonus points if you have knowledge of the technology sector and key policy issues affecting online and offline communities like safety, intellectual property, harassment, phishing and fraud. Extra credit if you have experience in policy development, online enforcement, risk management, transactional fraud, compliance, legal document intake or other legal/paralegal experience a plus.
