***PLEASE NOTE THE VENUE CHANGE***

Join us in a relaxed environment to play some cello ensemble music together. We'll have a good mixture of beginners to advanced cellists.
1:30 PM - 2:00 PM Food, Drinks & Social. For members who would like to eat some snacks and meet other members, or warm up, before playing. This is not required. Members can simply show up at the scheduled play-in time.
2:00 PM - 4:30 PM Cello Choir. Time is flexible and you may stay longer or leave earlier depending on your schedule. We will take a break midway through the play-in, and members are free to leave during break time if you have other commitments and cannot stay for the entire 2 hour play-in.
This meeting will be for all levels, whether advanced or playing in a group for the first time, and will be led by an experienced cello teacher. We will work on playing and practicing together, dynamics and speed, and having fun!
Moderator: MARCELO SANCHES

Great play-in with only 3 cellists plus moderator! Sorry more of you couldn't be there. Maybe next month; maybe for the holiday concert rehearsals.

Well, I've managed to tear my right rotator cuff. Bowing is not an option. I'm really disappointed, but it looks like I'm going to have to bow out for the rest of the year.

Sorry I have to cancel for this day. My house is getting packed and I have to be there.

Dear BCP cellists. I'm sorry but October 25th is the date of my first symphony concert with the Broomfield Symphony. The music is challenging and I know that it would be difficult to do anything else that day except get ready to the play the concert. Is there any chance the meetups can be held on week nights rather than always on weekends? Here's the BSO web site for future concerts you might be interested in:

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
