You do not need a car while you are in Beaver Creek in order to fully participate in Institute. All classes are in walking distance of each other and there is also a complimentary shuttle service (on call and door-to-door) throughout Beaver Creek.
Transportation from Beaver Creek to Vail: Guests can catch the bus from the Covered Bridge to the lower parking lots (by Highway 6) and then catch another bus to Vail. Cost is ~$5 one way.
However, there are also rental cars available through Hertz Rent-A-Car or Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Avon should guests wish to rent a car for part or all of their stay.
