Lost & Found

 

The Vilar Suzuki office is the gathering point for any Lost and Found items.  The Suzuki desk is located inside the street entrance lobby to the Vilar Performing Arts Center.

Open daily from 7:45am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 4:30pm

You may leave lost item messages in the message basket on the music desk if the office is closed.

LOST KIDS OR PARENTS


LOST KIDS PROCEDURE

Step 1:  If a child is lost, stay with them at the front desk of the property.  Try to help the child find her/her classroom.

Step 2:  Try to locate the parent while the child stays at the front desk.

Step 3:  Take the child to the Beaver Creek Visitors Center, 970.754.4636

Step 4:  If no solution is reached within 20 minutes, the visitor Center Staff will contact Beaver Creek Security, 970.949.4911

LOST PARENTS PROCEDURE

Step 1:  Parents should report to the front desk of the property.

Step 2:  Front desk should call property of the lost parent’s lodging.

Step 3:  Go to the Beaver Creek Visitors Center, 970.754.4636

Step 4:  If no solution is reached within 20 minutes, the visitor Center Staff will contact Beaver Creek Security, 970.949.4911
