2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Teen lodge check in with counselors.

If you are traveling by plane and it is not possible for you to leave home and arrive to The Charter at Beaver Creek by 2 pm on the same day, contact us to arrange for your arrival on Sunday, June 14.

2:00 – 2:15 PM – Orientation for scholarship recipients who have a work-study agreement to complete.

2:15 – 2:45 PM – Instructional meeting for all student solo honors recitalists

3:30-5:00PM    Pick-up information and personal schedule packets, orientation, and faculty presentations

Tuesday - Saturday, June 16-June 26:

8:00 AM -11:30 Rehearsals, private lessons, chamber ensemble seminar, concerts, practice time.

1:00- 5:30 PM Rehearsals, private lessons, chamber ensemble seminar, concerts, practice time.

Most coachings take place at The Charter, the same location as the teen lodge.

7:00 – 10:00 PM Evening programs including: campfire, hikes, faculty concerts, movies, swimming, and sight-reading sessions.


Sunday, June 21

Sight reading sessions, hike, and practice!  No formal coaching sessions.


Saturday, June 27

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Final Celebration concert.

Plan your travels to depart Beaver Creek starting at 1:30PM. We recommend that you do not plan any flights out of Denver any earlier than 5:00PM on Saturday June 28th.  Remember, Beaver Creek is 133 miles from Denver International airport.

If you need to stay in the teen lodge until, Sunday, June 28 before you travel home, contact us to arrange your additional night of lodging, meals, supervision.
