This Music Readiness class is designed for children ages 0-6 years old whether or not they have begun formal instrumental instruction.
This class emphasizes age appropriate music rhythm, melody, and movement skills that build on each child’s natural enthusiasm for music. These basic musical skills are needed to enjoy participation in school and social musical activities as well as encourage formal study of a musical instrument.
Classes will be grouped based on the ages of final registration and combining various ages of children allows for mentoring.
Each student in this Music Readiness program needs a parent or caregiver to attend class each day.
