A change to a different session will incur a $25 per registrant change fee. Institute reservations are non-transferable.
Fees are in effect based upon the date we receive your tuition. Plan accordingly and ask your teacher to respond in a timely way to the teacher confirmation email.
Each One, Bring One
‘Each One, Bring One’ tuition rebate offer: If you are a returning CSI student, for each of your Suzuki student friends who has never registered for CSI before and attends for the 2016 Colorado Suzuki Institute, your Suzuki tuition for one session will be refunded 10%.
Have 10 student friends register and your entire tuition for one session will be refunded on July 15, 2016!
A new student can only be counted towards refund for one teacher or one student. In order to receive your refund, your student name must be listed on the ‘referred by’ line on the new CSI participant’s registration form when the referred student application is first submitted. The maximum refunded is 100% of tuition for one session. The ‘Each One, Bring One’ tuition offer does not apply to siblings.
Refunds
In the event that you decide to cancel your registration, notify the Colorado Suzuki Institute in writing. There is a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee per participant. The payment of all other fees will be returned if email or postal notice of cancellation is received by April 15.
Due to commitments to faculty and travel plans, applicants who withdraw after April 15 forfeit all fees. If enrollment is full or a teacher-training course is canceled, all registration and course fees will be refunded.
