Parking and Transportation Services has introduced parking changes for CU Boulder permit holders for the 2016 CU Boulder Football season. All MAIN campus parking lots for CU Boulder home football game days will be reserved for donor parking or pay-as-you-park ($25 on main campus and $10 in Research Park) on 10/15 and 11/19. (Permit holders will receive a parking impact email with specific information to the “weekday” home football game scheduled Thursday, November 3rd.)
All CU employees, grad research assistants, retirees, volunteers, etc. who are working or attending CU football games, during weekend game days, MUST DISPLAY THEIR CU PARKING PERMIT as they enter main campus or they’ll be required to pay the $25 event parking fee.
New this season! All CU Boulder permit holders, either working or attending the game, will be directed to park in lot 327, located off Regent Drive, beneath the Center for Community Building. Permit holders from Research Park and East campus may park in their permitted lots or if they come to main campus will park in lot 327.
Heavy traffic congestion and limited parking will occur on all home football game days, so please plan your commute accordingly.
Permit holders
All CU Boulder permit holders, either working or attending the game, will be directed to park in lot 327 located off Regent Drive beneath the Center for Community Building. Permit holders from Research Park and East campus may park in their permitted lots or if they come to main campus will park in lot 327.
Exceptions
Parking permit holders (including X permit holders) for all lots near Folsom Stadium (lots 169, 346, 359, 360, 378, 380, 384, 386, 390, 391, 398, 399, 436/494 North & South) will be directed to lot 327 (C4C Parking Garage) on football game days.
Campus Department Business permits, Vendor permits, Worksite permits and Emergency permits are NOT honored for personal parking during football games.
No permit?
If you do not have a parking permit, please go to the public parking areas as indicated on the Football Parking Map.
Carpool
Share the ride with other CU staff, faculty and students. Visit 36commutingsolutions.com for more information.
After the game
Due to the high-volume of traffic post game, it is best to avoid entering or driving on campus for 60 minutes following the completion of a game.
Permit holders who must drive into campus during post-game traffic are asked to enter at Regent Drive from NORTHBOUND Broadway. Expect to find a barricade. You will be admitted if you show the police or parking attendant your CU-Boulder parking permit, and tell them that you are seeking access to your residence hall or work site. Please follow their directions.
Parking for persons with disabilities is available in lot 204 (18th Street and Euclid Avenue).
A wheelchair-accessible shuttle transports ticket holders with disabilities between lot 204 and Folsom Stadium continuously for two hours before and for one hour after the game.
If additional accessible parking arrangements are needed to accommodate fans' needs, please call PTS Events Parking section at 303-492-7384.
Vehicles not displaying CU Boulder parking permits will be charged $25 per parking space.
Folsom Field policies, maps, donor parking, and more are provided under 'Fans' on the CU Athletic Department website.
Attendants will direct limousines to a reserved lot. Limousines will be charged $25 for each parking space their vehicle uses.
