We rent quality instruments to individuals and all school levels.

addition, we lease a line of higher end violins, violas, and cellos to High School and College Students

Our Rental Policy 100% of the rental price applies to the sale of the instrument.

Four Month minimum rental – there is no obligation to purchase.

Instruments rented or purchased from us will receive full credit toward upgrade – less cost of new strings and/or repairs.

All fine violins come equipped with Dominant Strings (or better)
Cellos come with Prim or Jargar Strings (or equal quality).

All rentals come with wood bows strung with quality horsehair and include an appropriate case.

All instruments are rented as ‘Rent to Purchase.’ However, the renter may return the instrument with no obligation after the initial period.

Interest is charged ONLY if payments are in default (over 60 days late).

Interest rate will be assessed at 18% Rent will be due on the first of every month.

The instrument must be returned before the 1st to avoid next month’s rental bill.

All repairs and adjustments must be made by Noble Brothers or its agents.

Exchanges to the next instrument size will be made free of charge, providing the instrument is returned in good condition.

In case of theft or destruction, buyer is responsible for the remaining balance owed.

We recommend buyers obtain a rider on their homeowner’s insurance policy.

Student Instrument Sales

Noble Brothers stocks a good quantity of student quality instruments for sale including Violins, Violas, and Cellos of all sizes.

Customers are also encouraged to check about the availability of Double Basses and other stringed instruments. Our student instruments are usually comprised of older or current reputable brand European made instruments but occasionally include carefully selected instruments from Asia.

In most cases these will include a solid spruce top, solid maple back and ribs, a real ebony nut and fingerboard, an ebony/boxwood or Thomastic style tailpiece with fine tuners, a shop cut bridge, a correctly fitted soundpost, and good quality strings (Dominant, Helicore, Prim, etc.).

We can also include a horsehair bow, soft bag or hardshell case with each instrument. Please call with further questions about our current inventory availability or price range. Cases and Accessories Noble Brothers keeps a supply of reputable brand soft bags and hardshell cases for all instruments.

We also stock a good quantity of Strings, Rosin, Mutes, Shoulder Rests, Chinrests, Endpin Stops, Music Stands, School Instruction Books, and Instrument Polish. We do not offer instrument parts that require fitting or luthier supplies but include these things in our repair and restoration services.
