The first concert of the season is continuing our tradition to feature music that will engage your imagination. This is the time of year to let your inner child out so we hope our program will remind you of your childhood with all its sense of wonder and excitement. Music will include Grieg’s Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, Franz von Suppé’s Poet and Peasant Overture and a surprise or two along the way. 

One of the audience favorites is our holiday concert that will feature many of your favorite holiday tunes including Sleigh Ride, A Musicological Journey through the 12 Days of Christmas and Silent Night. This year, however, we are proud to have the Golden Concert Choir under the direction of David Bell with us for a wonderful evening of great music. This will be a treat for the whole family and a highlight of your holiday celebrations. Show times are 4PM and 7PM.

February is a wonderful time to share with your sweetheart. Denver Pops is there to help you and that special someone enjoy an evening together. In the beautiful setting of Historic Grant Avenue, you will enjoy the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Perez Prado, and Cole Porter. This concert will warm your heart and stir your passions. 

To conclude our concert season, we are very excited to partner with Mr. Majestyk’s 8 Track Revival. Just as the title suggests, this special collaboration will take you back to some of the great classic rock of the 70’s. This concert may be a challenger to our audience to stay seated because when the two groups get fired up, it’s going to be hard to sit still. Prepare yourselves for an exciting afternoon with the possibility of dancing in the aisles at Historic Grant Avenue.
