How to Apply

The Sewanee Summer Music Festival welcomes you to our online application and audition system, powered by DecisionDesk.
DecisionDesk provides online chat support, help pages and tutorials.
What to expect after you submit:
- Acceptances are made on a rolling basis. You will receive notice of decision within three weeks. Note: during peak periods, notification may take longer.
- If you are accepted, you will have two weeks to make a tuition deposit to hold your place. You will receive an invoice for the deposit.
Applicants are expected to attend for the entire session with exceptions made in extraordinary circumstances.
Applicants for shorter stays will be accepted only if the studio does not fill with full-stay students.

In addition to a completed application form, the following are required:
1. Recorded audition. Click here for rules and guidance.
2. List of works on your recording.
3. Two letters of reference.
4. Resume and/or musical and education profile.
5. Application fee $25 until February 1. After February 1, $65.
