• Concertino and Philharmonic  - 8:50am to 10:00am (on Saturdays at the Band Room of Delta Middle School)
• Break - 10:01am -10:14am
• Philharmonic Only  - 10:15am to 11:15am (on Saturdays at the Band Room of Delta Middle School)
• Symphonic Chamber  - 5:50pm to 7:10pm (on Thursdays in the Choral Room of Delta Middle School (the back of the old Delta High School, E. 8th St. and Grand))

If you have questions about the rehearsal schedule or rehearsal times please contact the orchestra manager, Dan Lamar. If you cannot attend a rehearsal, please contact Mr. Lamar AND contact our Conductor Ms. TenNapel as soon as you know of a problem or conflict. 

If you participate in both the Concertino and Philharmonic Orchestras, please bring your own snack for the Break between the Saturday rehearsal times.

VYO is run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. All parents and other supportive adults are encouraged to participate and attend our open board meetings. Please feel free to contact any of the board members listed below if you have any questions or if you would be interested in serving on the Board.

The next VYO board meeting will be Saturday, Oct 22nd ,2016 at 9:10am, in the Chorus classroom adjacent to the Delta Middle School Band Room in Delta. The meeting should be over no later than 11:15 am. The above date will be updated monthly since most (but not all) meetings are on the first Saturday rehearsal date of each month.

• Dinner Concert Committee ­ Silent Auction Coordinator, Table Decorations/Tablecloths, Food Coordinator and Helper, Ticket Coordinator
• Public Relations/Advertising Committee­ Writing announcements and articles for newspapers and local magazines, recording/providing radio public service info and sound bites, design and printing of posters and programs, distributing concert posters
• Finance/Fund Raising Committee­ Coordination of fundraisers and grant-writing.
