Annual Membership Fee

Membership renewals and new memberships are based on bi-annual payments. If you join/renew between January and June, you will need to pay $35. If you sign up between July and December, you must pay $17.50. Therefore, it will be in your best interest to sign up as early in the year as possible. This will allow us to set a budget and better plan for play-ins, concerts and events throughout the year. 

There are only two options to join/renew: 

• Annual membership fee: $35/yr. 
  
• If you sign up after July 1st: $17.50/6 months

Benefits of our membership:

• Access to new arrangements of cello quartet and ensemble music
• The ability to request arrangements and to have the project play it 
• Access to our monthly playins
• Access to our Member login websites, which has tools for practicing for our monthly playins and tips on ensemble technique
• The ability to send messages to members via the Meetup website
• The ability to post messages on our Discussion Board
• And most importantly, the ability to play with other cellists from across the Front Range! 

Annual Membership Dues will be used towards:

• Operating costs 
• Website fees (Meetup.com, main website, etc)
• Music purchases and research
• Further developing and enhancing our current play-ins, i.e. monthly play-ins, rock band play-ins and eventually our jazz playins

• Development costs for new programs such as videos, materials and resources 
• Develop, maintain and upgrade the website when necessary 
• Establish administrative infrastructure required for a sustainable organization
• Compensate our moderators and composers. Currently, all of our moderators are volunteering their time! 

We are doing this for the love of cello and to share that enthusiasm with others. However, if you enjoy attending our play-ins, please feel free to make a donation. Amounts over $35.00 will be considered a donation and we will send you a Donation Receipt for a tax write-off and list you on our donor page.
