Well Made Elegance.
This case performs well above its price point. Everything about it reeks quality. It's on the heavier side but I suspect that's because its so solidly made, which I much prefer over the feather lite cases that feel as if they will blow way with the slightest breeze. The rain flaps over the zipper are strong magnets that fall into place when you close the case. The interior has a classic feel that retains all the elegance of Musafia but without the circus. Even the compartment lids impressed me and close with a firm fit that just feels right. Essentially this is a thousand dollar case that you can get for $350. Very happy customer!

Wonderful inexpensive case
I like to "rescue" old instruments from flea markets. Usually, they are in pieces and need to be reassembled and repaired. Consequently, I never really know the size of these instruments until I finish with them. I bought two of these cases a few years ago to use with these instruments. They hold just about any size violin...I even have a violin with ribs larger than any viola I have ever come across, and it fits into this case. The interior is gorgeous, too. There is room for a collapsible shoulder rest and little things like rosin, mutes, etc. on the inside. There is a large outside pocket for music, phone, ear buds, etc. And the price can't be beaten. Yes, there are a few little things that I wasn't pleased with...the string tube came out the day it arrives, and the lock on one of them had to be coaxed into permanent working condition, but all in all, this is one amazing case. It still looks as nice today as the day I got it, too!

GREAT
This case protects my bass completely. I had very think interior to keep your bass safe from the elements. Including many storage pockets all along the case front and back. Many straps and handles to carry your bass with ease. The thick interior does add extra weight when carrying but worth it.

violin cover fits my viola case
The violin cover I bought seems too big for my violin case,(dimensions are 31X10 X 5) and it actually fits my viola case much better (dimensions are 31X12X 5.5) . So my advice is be sure you know the dimensions of your violin case before ordering.

good cover, but bulky
I was glad to find a high quality cover for my violin case, the outer cover of the original case was falling apart. The Cushy has nice pockets and is made of strong material, good zipper, etc. My only complaint is that the case looks huuge! Most people think I am carrying a viola.

Very high quality case
Just received my case in the mail and was very impressed. The construction and fittings are top quality. I agree that for the price it should have come with a humidifier, but haven't had any problems with the zippers so far. Opening and closing both seem to be smooth and trouble free. The case is a bit heavy but it seems that most of the upper end cases are heavier. I think this case is going to be perfect for protecting my prized violin.

Very Nice!
I bought this along with a violin case. I was very impressed. It is made out of heavy material and fairly easy to use. I live in Ohio and the weather is very unpredictable. I play in a group and in addition I take private lessons (advanced student) so I am always on the go. I have been caught in several rainstorms. Not a lot of fun! I can't believe this is only five bucks. Well worth the price. Quick delivery. Another wonderful SHAR product!

great case
Ordered this case for my daughter because she does not take her cello to school. The original photo was a hinged case, I was pleasantly surprised when this case arrived. (the photo now reflects the case) It was padded all the way around and plush velvet inside the case. The zipper goes around the way around the case and it's nicely made. It has a handle, no shoulder strap, which I prefer since the case is lightweight and on a shoulder it might knock people or things. Very portable and sturdy. Really like it.
