The Bowed Acoustics Cable (BAC) provides a significant improvement of overall sound and response of the cello. The BAC has the following characteristics:
- The BAC material allows the tailpiece to move more freely with the string and bridge motion
- Adjustable without removal of strings -Merely loosen the string tension to make minor adjustments to the string length behind the bridge.
- BAC material will not stretch. PERIOD!
- Proven tensile strength up to 200 lbs. in a straight line testing machine
- Compatible with composite and wood style tailpieces -Slight modifications of the underside may be required for certain wood tailpiece configurations.
