The Boulder Phil is honored to be one of only four orchestras selected to participate in the inaugural 2017 SHIFT Festival of American Orchestras (March 27-April 2), which provides a national platform to celebrate creativity and build community in our capital's premier concert venue, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
