It's been a few months since I've practiced regularly and my fingers are quite stiff. What exercises should I do every day to regain strength in my fingers?

I think just do scales and the last etudes you played before the break. It'll get better after a few days. Or weeks. And also kreutzer no. 2 may help you with stiff right hand.

How old are you? Stiff fingers may be you least concern. Proper warm-up of large muscles (from neck, shoulder and arms) is more important. This even before your reach out for your instrument. If your increase your blood circulation and wake-up big muscles in that kinetic chain, the fingers will take care of themselves once you start playing.
